The Registered User (hereafter called User), in consideration for use of ConnectOne to develop and maintain the system, agrees to the following Acceptable Use Policy:

1. The use of the system is a privilege which may be revoked by ConnectOne at any time for abusive conduct. Such conduct would include, but not be limited to, the placing of unlawful information on the system, the use of obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable language in either public or private message, or violation of this agreement. ConnectOne will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes abusive conduct.
2. All information contained in ConnectOne is placed there for general information and entertainment purposes and is in no way intended to refer to, or be applicable to, any specific person, case, or situation.
3. ConnectOne reserves the right to review any material stored in files or programs to which all ConnectOne users have access and will edit or remove any material which ConnectOne, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
4. ConnectOne does not warrant or represent that ConnectOne will meet any specific requirements you may have or that it will be error free or uninterrupted; ConnectOne shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data, information, or profits) sustained or incurred in connection with the use of, operation of, or inability to use ConnectOne.
5. The User agrees to indemnify ConnectOne for any loss suffered to them by reason of improper use of ConnectOne by the User; and the User further agrees to compensate any harmed by the User's abusive use of ConnectOne.
6. The User will abide by all rules and regulations of ConnectOne as may be enacted from time-to-time.
7. The information provided in ConnectOne is offered as an educational service and is not a substitute for individual professional consultation. Adequate professional guidance for making important personal decisions cannot be provided through an electronic format of this type. Advice on individual problems should be obtained personally from a professional. The User is agreeing: (1) that s/he understands this agreement; (2) that by his/her use of ConnectOne, s/he is not seeking to establish a doctor/patient, lawyer/client, or similar relationship with any of the information providers; and (3) that the information providers and ConnectOne can rely on her/his promises in this paragraph (and elsewhere in this form) as an inducement to provide information to ConnectOne.
8. The User agrees to hold ConnectOne, its employees, volunteers, and contractors harmless in any legal action that could arise from the User's child's use of ConnectOne. The User is aware that ConnectOne connects to computers throughout the world, some of which may contain objectionable content. These other systems are not under control of ConnectOne, but are connected to computer networks with which ConnectOne can communicate.
9. The User agrees that s/he will not make any copies of the Software, Codes or Individual Access Codes provided to the User by ConnectOne, and that the User will install each unit of Software, Codes, and Individual Access Codes upon one microcomputer only. The User agrees that the rights to the Individual Access Codes are non-transferable, shall be used by a single Individual only, and that the User shall make no transfer or revelation of the Software, Codes, or Individual Access Codes to any third party, whither stranger, agent, employee, shareholder, or the like, either within or without of User.
10. The User agrees that ConnectOne may terminate this agreement at any time by disabling the User's access and or Individual Access Codes to the system. Access to and renewing access and Individual Access Codes shall be at the sole discretion of ConnectOne.
11. Payment to ConnectOne is non-refundable.
